Imagine walking into your favorite bakery, the smell of fresh pastries filling the air — but then you face long queues, no clear way to see the menu ahead, and no easy way to reserve a cozy spot for fika. This was the reality for regulars at Fernandas Konditori, and even more confusing for tourists who didn’t speak Swedish. On top of that, there was no digital loyalty program or quick ordering option to reward loyal customers or make their visits smoother.
Our goal? To bring the warmth and charm of the bakery into a digital experience that removes frustration and invites everyone to enjoy their treats — effortlessly.
